Every class we offer is for ALL fitness levels. Our instructors are trained to give you levels and options, whether you're an athlete or it's your Day 1. Find a group fitness class, schedule an individual training session, or meet with our registered dietitian for a nutritional consultation.

This class puts simple ballet movements to an energetic beat! This class helps you improve balance, strengthen major muscle groups, and improve coordination. No dance or ballet training required!
•Urban Striptease Aerobics/Burlesque (18+)
This class is about taking it off…the weight that is! Urban Sriptease takes some of the basic moves of striptease and combines them with aerobic elements to create a fun, energizing and sexy workout! No clothes are removed during this high-energy workout!
